ESSEX Police Federation has sent out a rallying call asking officers to fill in the latest PFEW Pay and Morale Survey.<\/p>\n
Without the information it provides the Federation cannot back effectively campaign for better pay and better conditions, Chairman Steve Taylor said.<\/p>\n
He explained: \u201cWe can only work with what we\u2019re given. Surveys like the pay and morale survey are a good way of the workforce giving us the information, giving us the tools to fight the fight, and back them in their corner.<\/p>\n
